We repair equipment and tractors from all around the Inland Northwest.
We are a full service New Holland, Kubota and Yamaha dealership. We service everything we sell and most other major brands. Our trained and professional staff can pick up your tractor, repair it in our shop and deliver it back to you for your convenience. We have a full service Lawn and Garden Shop as well.
We do warranty repairs on tractors and equipment that we sell and repairs on most other major brands. We can usually schedule your service within a few days. Whether your service needs are small or large, the Boundary Tractor Service department’s trained staff looks forward to helping you!

Jay Delaney
Service Manager
Born and Raised in Vancouver, WA this former auto technician brought is parts skills and love for motorcycles to Bonners Ferry after burnin’ up the tracks in Portland and Vancouver. He hopes to get in more trail riding in Idaho when he’s not doting over his two amazing daughters.
Brandon Owens
Mechanic/Technician
This Sandpoint, Idaho native has been with Boundary Tractor since 2017, after serving time with Pape Machinery and bringing his experience to the orange (and blue) side of the fence. When he’s not working on machines, he’s building things, hunting, fishing or spending time with his kids and wife of 16 years.
Jeff Urbianak
Service Truck & Technician
Originally from Boise, Jeff moved to Northern Idaho in 1973 and started working for Boundary Tractor in 1997 after a brief stint as a rodeo clown. Oh yeah, he married Cara in 1995 and is the proud father of 2 grown kids, Kendra & Alex. He’d rather be doing just about anything other than sleeping…especially skiing.
Scott Mershman
Assembly
Scott grew up in Ottawa, Ohio where he worked as a state trooper, dedicating his life to law enforcement for 20 years before retiring. He’s worked in stone quarries, auction services, and even as a self-employed farmer. Scott has also also volunteered at vet & first responder wellness programs such as Save-A-Warrior and Rising Ridge. Glad to have this German speaking employee part of our team for the next chapter of his life.
Evan Ellis
Technician
This Bonners Ferry native has been a Technician with Boundary Tractor since 2015. His previous experience working for tree farms and serving on the Forest Service Trail Crew made him appreciate the outdoors, but he still likes tearing things apart to see how they work, whether he’s at work or home. Ask Evan about his dirt & snow biking experiences.
Tim Halverson
Delivery
After working in road maintenance for almost 30 years for the WSDOT he decided to leave beautiful Leavenworth, WA to join our team in Bonners Ferry. This Wenatchee native restores and races snowmobiles with his son during the frosty Winter months when he’s not delivering equipment for us.
Thomas Ellis
Mechanic – Power Sports
After growing up in Gridley, California and working in the newspaper industry, Thomas moved to Idaho to take care of his parents. He worked as a manager of AutoZone, and then moved on to becoming a Parts Manager at Sandpoint Marine, eventually moving to the shop where he honed his skills as a mechanic for 7 years. He is now using those skills to help our team service & repair recreational machines. When he’s not turning wrenches, he’s likely somewhere outdoors or spending time with his family.
